2. IATA Code Aliases & Labeling
Managing IATA codes just got a lot smarter. WebCargo’s new IATA code aliasing tool lets you assign specific codes to branches, users, or even entire offices. Whether you’re a multinational forwarder or simply juggling different codes, this feature makes eBooking seamless.
By creating easily identifiable aliases, your team can quickly find the right codes when searching for flights or booking cargo, eliminating confusion and streamlining operations. Now, admins can also assign specific IATA codes to users, ensuring everyone on your team uses the correct rates for their specific needs.
3. Taza Pay: Local Payments in Vietnam
Vietnamese forwarders, we’ve got you covered! Now, you can top up your WebCargo Pay balance using Taza Pay, allowing for easy local currency payments in VND while booking in USD. With automatic currency conversion, managing international shipments from Vietnam has never been smoother, and with new countries like India coming soon, managing international logistics is only getting easier.
4. Non-IATA Options: Flexibility for Forwarders
For forwarders without IATA certification, our new Non-IATA Rate & Quote Air module offers flexibility.
