Responsibilities

Architecture and Software Design:

• Play a key role in planning and architectural design of code solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and design scalable and maintainable software architectures.

Development and Implementation:

• Develop and implement robust, scalable software solutions using Laravel, VueJS, PHP, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices during development.

API Development:

• Design and develop APIs following best practices, ensuring security, efficiency, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs into existing systems and applications.

Code Review and Collaboration:

• Work closely with Managers and freelance developers to conduct code reviews, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices and business requirements/specifications.
• Provide constructive feedback to team members to improve code quality and efficiency.

Version Control Capabilities:

• Utilize Bitbucket/GIT for source code management and version control.
• Maintain an organized code repository and ensure proper branching and merging strategies are followed.

Team Leadership:

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and with other stakeholders.
