HELP US BUILD SOMETHING AMAZING

90% of everything we eat, wear or use is shipped…

But freight is stuck in the ’90s. The Freightos Marketplace and freight rate management platform are game-changers.

And we’re always looking for passionate team players to help us.

Customer Service Representative

Arkansas · Full-time · Entry-level

About The Position

7LFreight digitizes domestic and international rate management, quoting & booking for over 300 of North America’s logistics providers and carriers. Or, in plain English, we help move the world, offering incredible technology that simplifies the working life of the people who help get the goods we all use wherever they need to go.

We’re not alone either. 7LFreight is a proud part of the Freightos Group, a logistics technology company that aims to make global trade frictionless. We work with some of the largest companies in the world, are regularly featured in top-tier publications, make our families proud and are traded on the Nasdaq (CRGO).

Turns out it’s kind of a big deal. As one of the largest tech platforms for a huge industry (the phone or computer you’re reading this on was, after all shipped), we’ve been crushing it with double-digit growth, year after year.

We shoot for the sky, and all seven seas. We are already the world’s largest digital air cargo booking platform (yes, it feels good to say that. Real good). We want to extend those good vibes across the seven seas, while providing freight companies with more online sales tools.

But without a world-class Customer Service team, we’ll never make it happen. No pressure. You got this.

You’ll manage the portfolio of 7LFreight’s cartage agents (and trust us, there are a lot of them), keeping their data accurate and our customers happy. The role requires a blended skill set like a professional phone and email presence, phenomenal accuracy, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. Process/ interpret data from rate sheets (tariffs) and enter it into our proprietary system. Make phone calls to obtain information from our vendors and update our proprietary system accordingly. Provide Customer Service for our tools via email, phone and live chat.
