As a Product Training Specialist, you'll dive into the world of freight forwarding, spreading the word about our SaaS and tech services, to ensure customers and leads have the knowledge they need at their fingertips. This is your chance to spread your wings, learn from the best, and contribute to a team that's shaping the future of air freight.
Responsibilities:
- Manage our extensive knowledge base to help train users: Become the guardian of our treasure trove of information, ensuring our customers have easy access to clear, helpful, and engaging resources across our entire product suite by keeping articles, guides and video updates.
- Collaborate with internal product and support teams to establish gaps in educational materials and close them: Be the wind beneath the Product and customer service team’s wings, providing support on tools and projects that keep our marketing engine running at cruising altitude.
- Create engaging product-specific content: From crafting captivating content to engaging with our community by collaborating with the broader marketing teams and providing email assets, in-platform communications and more to keep WebCargo flying high.
Requirements
Basic Requirements:
- 1.5+ years of marketing experience/content/copywriting experience.
- Fluent in English (C1 level).
- Knowledge of SaaS.
- Workflow management.
- A spirited team player who's not afraid to aim high.
- A dynamic and adaptable self-starter who looks for creative ways to market groundbreaking new products.
- An organizational guru with a knack for managing information.
- A creative mind, ready to contribute fresh ideas.
Nice to have: (if any)
- Logistics knowledge.
- Spanish speaker.
- Video and content creation experience.
- Knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom.
- Analytical mindset.
