What Isn’t Measured Doesn’t Change.

WebCargo continued to expand in June – welcoming new carriers Widerøe Cargo and Eastern Air Logistics, the logistics arm of China Eastern Airlines – extending coverage from Norway, Denmark, and the United Kingdom through Widerøe, and adding ex-China coverage to North America, Europe and Asia, and from Europe to China via Eastern Air. LATAM Cargo, China Southern, Turkish Cargo and ANA made additional services available as well.

July’s report features Q+A with Sergio Puig Ortuño, Product Manager at WebCargo, discussing the new WebCargo Airline Dashboard that he helped develop, the new level of visibility it gives airlines into trends across the market and into their own digital sales performance, the revenue optimization it can unlock, and the benefits to forwarders as well.
